Cobie Loubser was keen to achieve an exceptional finish throughout his new veterinary practice in Eastbourne.  His chosen location for Cobie VetCare near the town’s Enterprise Centre had the required space but he wanted to provide easy and comfortable access to the practice for his clients and their pets too.
